FSHN Office Procedures - Central Stores Ordering

Central Stores orders are now being placed directly through CyBuy on Access Plus.

CyBuy

The FSHN department is requiring all associates to place orders through ISU’s CyBuy system. Currently the following vendors are available on CyBuy: Fisher Scientific, Sigma Aldrich, Qiagen, Invitrogen, IDT, Dell, CDW-G, Office Max, Central Stores and Chem Stores.

This program has been designed to allow for the procurement of supplies from contracted vendors in a streamlined online marketplace available through AccessPlus. Higher limits, less paperwork, and faster receipt of orders are just a few of the benefits.

Abbreviated directions:

1. Log into Access+
2. Select UBusiness Tab
3. Select CyBuy
4. Click on CyBuy graphic
5. Shop by clicking on ISU Central Stores Graphic
6. Search box will appear, type in item
7. Select item and add to card
8. Use tabs in gray to Edit Cart
9. Use tab to click on Add Notes.  Click on Edit- Notes must include a business purpose and an account number. Then Save Changes.
10. Create Release

When item is delivered return the packing slip to Erica Burkheimer in 2312 Food Science for proof of delivery.

Online orders are typically delivered next day or within 2 business days. Deliveries will be made to the main offices in 2312 Food Science Building or 220 MacKay Hall. You can choose to have the items delivered or picked up when the orders are placed online.

Carbon forms will no longer be accepted to place orders, orders should be processed directly on Access Plus. In the case of an emergency purchase, the department will allow carbon forms to be used. Emergency orders can be processed by filling out the carbon copy form found in the main offices. These forms must be signed by Erica Burkheimer, Jason McAreavy or Lisa Dillavou at 2312 Food Science Building.
