FSHN Office Procedures - Scanning

1. Use the CHS computer lab in 1432 FSB
   • CHS Computer labs webpage with locations, software available, help request link, and access information
   • Lab Key Code Request Form
     • Click link and logon
     • Fill in form with netid, selection of lab and click the I Agree button. Key code will be emailed to you.
       
       
1. Turn on scanner
2. Touch "scan" (button furthest to the left)
3. Chose "scanner/camera wizard"
4. Follow wizard instructions
5. Turn off scanner
2. Use scanner in 220 MacKay
   
   
3. Alternatively bring documents to Breanna Wetzler or Brenda Emery at least seven working days before needed.
