Dues to be a member of IFT's student organization are $35 per year and include a subscription to the Food Technology magazine. To learn more about how to become a member, go to the IFT website and select IFT Membership.

The Food Science Club is also involved with the Iowa Section of IFT. The Iowa Section has meetings four times a year at various locations in Iowa. Each meeting generally includes a company tour, a great restaurant meal, and a speaker. The meetings are a great tool for networking with ISU faculty and other food scientists. Plus, IFT sponsors scholarships for students each spring.
