Graduate minors are available in Food Science & Technology and in Nutrition. The requirements for the minor in each area are listed below. Additionally, one member of the Program of Study committee must be a graduate representative of the minor, i.e., a Nutrition faculty member will be the minor representative for a minor in nutrition, or a Food Science faculty member will be the minor representative for a minor in food science.
