
The Interdepartmental Graduate Program in Nutritional Sciences (IGPNS),
administered through the Graduate College, under the auspices of the
Chairs of Food Science and Human Nutrition (FSHN) and Animal Science,
provides the structure for coordinating and enhancing interdisciplinary
nutrition research and graduate education. MS and PhD degrees in Nutritional
Sciences are offered with four specializations: Animal Nutrition, Human
Nutrition, Global Nutrition, or Molecular/Cellular Nutrition.
