There are many graduate scholarships (PDF) available to graduate students whose home department is Food Science and Human Nutrition.

  • Letters of recommendation as specified in the application — use the online recommendation form for FSHN departmental graduate scholarships
  • FAFSA application materials filed with the university, if you wish to be considered for scholarships that have financial need as a criteria

Scholarships for graduate students are available from both colleges who administer the department. Please note, the deadlines and processes for each are different. Carefully read instructions before submitting materials.

All admitted students are offered an assistantship. After review, students meeting specific criteria based on application materials may be asked to provide further supplemental materials to be considered for certain assistantships.
