The Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition (FSHN) is jointly administered by the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and the College of Human Sciences (CHS). There are currently 40 faculty members, 25 staff members, 63 graduate students, 10 postdoctoral fellows, and 309 undergraduate students. Department goals are outlined in the department's mission statement. Four research centers directly associated with the FSHN research activities include:
