	Learner Outcomes Home > Effectiveness > Explicit Statements The effectiveness of the department assessment program is evidenced by the continual evaluation and improvement process. Based on feedback from students, obtained from the indirect assessment method of senior surveys, greater than 90% of FSHN students are satisfied or very satisfied with their preparation and training in the FSHN Department at Iowa State University (93% per responses from F’01-S’02; 97% per responses from F’02-S’03). Senior and alumni survey questions were updated during spring 2003 to more closely reflect the current FSHN learning outcomes. Back
