Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received by July 1, 2009, will be refunded minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received between July 2 - July 29 will be refunded at 50 percent. There will be no refunds for no-shows or cancellations after the conference begins. No refunds will be given for individual conference events not attended.
